Ruth has helped me work through many different transitions in my life both professional and personal. Her approach has always been very pragmatic, helping me cut through fuzzy thoughts, allowing me to see issues and goals through different and more helpful lenses. She is very thoughtful in her coaching style and comes out with those ‘killer questions’ that stop you in your tracks and get you thinking. A very motivating experience.
