Jessica Sedler

Jessica is a specialised Communications Skills Coach and Facilitator.

Jessica helps people communicate more effectively, and does this through an experiential approach. By creating an environment which is both safe and challenging, Jess helps people build new skills by enabling them to road-test high-stakes interactions in a low-stakes setting.

The ultimate aims of this approach, which lends itself both to one-to-one coaching as well as small group work, are greater authenticity, self-awareness and the confidence to choose new ways of communicating.

Whether it be a difficult conversation with an individual, or a daunting presentation to a larger group, clients find a toolkit of new options to draw on when involved in challenging communication of all kinds.

Jessica brings a synthesis to her approach of professional acting experience since 2002 and corporate Learning and Development since 2006.

She has worked with organisations in retail, finance, construction, law, consultancy, media, and in the public sector at all levels of seniority.

Jess has particular expertise in our work on Practical Communications Skills Coaching and Practising Courageous Behaviour.


Jessica has a long standing interest in behavioural psychology and personal development underpinned by a qualification in Integrative Psychotherapy. Her coaching and facilitation skills are enhanced through NLP certification and personal coaching training.  She is a qualified MBTI practitioner and has trained in Non Violent Communication techniques.  Alongside an extensive Arts background including an English and Drama degree and professional acting training, Jessica is a director of cabaret theatre company, The Ruby Dolls Ltd.
